From the first time I spoke with Al I realized I was dealing with a straightforward honest individual that I could count on to give me the best price he could on a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is not dealing with a straightforward honest individual that I could count on to give me the best price he could on a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is not one of my favorite experiences and Al and Carlos made it as "painless" as possible. Haggling was not necessary or even considered. Both gentlemen were "muy simpatico" throughout the entire purchasing process. Park Ford is fortunate to have Will on it's staff. I have shares my experience with friends and, although it is a 60 mile drive, I expect that they will drive to one of your dealership when the shop for a new car. I must also add...that as a "seasoned" negotiator,when your proposal was presented......it was so reasonable that I accepted on first pass....that is a wow for me.
