Upon arrival at the dealership, greeted by vey friendly and enthusiastic Nicole Franklin. After introductions, proceeded to check out new inventory based upon my description of desired vehicle. Settled o and enthusiastic Nicole Franklin. After introductions, proceeded to check out new inventory based upon my description of desired vehicle. Settled on a new 2013 ruby red Ford Edge SEL SUV. Took for a test drive to check out new features. Well pleased with what I saw. Nicole was extremely knowledgable with the My Ford Touch system and demonstrated some of the features such voice commands. I was extremey pleased with her presentation. It was a very pleasant experience having her for sales consultant. At the completion of test drive, down to business to discuss sales price. After a couple of iterations, we still were not at the slling price to my liking. At this point, Nicole elaborated that I was purchasing a new vehicle that was to my liking,that the dealership has an excellent maintenance service staff, that I was close to the dealership fom my home for any future srvice needs, that she would be available to assist me as needed for any SYNC activity where I may lack expertise, and other points that escape this time. After another brief discussion, we were able to reach the selling price that the dealership and I were both satified. Marco signed off on the final number and Vincent Ippolito did the rest. Purchased 3 cars there.. This experience is my last there. The Finance Guy in back (not Paul or Frank they are great) was horrible. Well we have 2 cars financed now we bought there and was approved for 29,000.00 was trading in a SUV we pay $475.00 and from the start said we couldnt go over that, Figured we may have to go 500 because it was new. Not pleased with the overall service. When it was Heritage always had a pleasant experience. I always told everyone to go there not anymore!! To add George was great but disappointed that we spent 2 days there and said from the start what we could do and the end result was we wasted our weekend on this. More
The whole process was relatively easy. George was easy going and if we stopped by and he was busy, some one else was always willing to help rather than require us to wait. We had done some home work on pricing and it was graciously accepted, no haggling or picking things apart, not even on the trade in. We were comfortable with the whole process, and Paul made the paperwork as painless as possible. Great experience! More
Great experience. Would highly recommend Parks Ford dealership and especially salesman Wayne Dubois. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. Wayne Dubois is extremely exceptional in going through the process of buying/trading our vehicle. I am very disappointed with our experience at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. Our sales person Carlo seemed nice enough if not the most knowledgeable about the vehicles, and while Duber Garzon was a bit push of Wesley Chapel. Our sales person Carlo seemed nice enough if not the most knowledgeable about the vehicles, and while Duber Garzon was a bit push that is too be expected from a sales manager. What really truly has us annoyed is Carlos Gonzalez. We repeatedly mentioned that we had pre-approval from our credit union for a certain amount and that to obtain the best interest rate, we needed to have our closing at our credit union. He said he understood and that it was no problem. He said that some paperwork was necessary to for lack of better term to "CYA". That is somewhat understandable as well. But he ended up doing the closing himself by running out to our vehicle as we were leaving to have us sign "one more document." We also told him we were going to purchase an extended warranty through our credit union. However, because he processed the paperwork first which didn't include the warranty because we weren't doing it through the dealership, we now have no extended warranty on the used vehicle we purchased. He should be trained in how to deal with people who want or need to close with their credit union or bank. Also, this dealership, if it is going to be keeping people there for hours which they did, needs to put a snack machine where customers can get to it. We had to beg to be shown the mechanic's snack machine after being at the dealership for six plus hours. Never again. I'm not even sure that I will take it for its free servicing because I am so annoyed over this craziness. I was going to try to contact your customers service relations person, but when I tried to call all I got were robo-call options which did not include her. More
