I wasn't in the market to purchase a new vehicle a month ago. My brother and his wife leased a Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and told me how great both Frank Lacey and their sales rep David Bonsey were and that I had to go in and see them as David said he could get me into my dream car for less monthly than I was paying on my Chevrolet Camaro. I didn't think they could so I was curious to see what they could do. From my first interaction with David and speaking to Frank I knew these guys weren't pushy "car-salesmen" like you hear about. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to test drive a GT mustang with manual transmission as I wasn't sure if I wanted to switch over to an automatic. I was helped by Kevin Regan and he was also very knowledgeable and never pushy with me. We went on a test drive and we had a good talk and Kevin mentioned that he also had a GT in manual transmission and how much he cared for it. After working out what package I wanted for my GT and financing, Frank ordered the car in for me and had it there in less than 48 hours. I was very happy with everything with this transaction and I can't thank David and Frank enough. Very easy purchase and I will be recommending them to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

To properly set the stage, I purchased my 1st brand-new, off the showroom car, a 1971 Ford Torino in 1971. Since then I have purchased/leased new vehicles every 2-3 years, all in the Tampa Bay area. I say this to let you know that these experiences have provided a lot of knowledge for this review. From the time I drove into the Parks Ford parking lot, I saw that Robert had brought "my" shiney new 2014 Ford Escape to the front of the lot for me to see. He walked toward my husband and I, shook our hands (Yes, mine too - so often men forget that courtesy), and introduced himself. From that moment on, he was a professional "friend", who gave us great service. He provided the following: Tremendous vehicle knowledge, that he was able to communicate visually and orally, in terms the customer could understand. Enthusiasm for the product, the dealership, and for me to be able to own and enjoy my new Escape. Professionalism, Courtesy, Great command of the English language - oh, yes, this can be a big turn-off, if not. Humor - in a non-offensive way. Appearance, neat and clean There is so much more, but these things truly set him apart from, and way above, the norm. Finally, honesty and integrity were both apparent. In fact, sometimes he had to know that the honest answer was not what I wanted to hear, but it was always the right thing for him to do. My partner and I arrived on Saturday (10/26/13) to look at a new vehicle. We were promptly greeted with a smile by Steve Barranco who asked if he could assist us. Steve was courteous, kind and very helpful - without being the "pushy salesman"! He asked us many questions to help us determine what vehicle would work out best for us. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Ford product and directed us to the 2014 Ford Escape SE. We drove that model and also drove the "S" model. All in all, we ended up purchasing a new 2014 Ford Escape SE. My experience with car dealerships in the past has not been the most pleasant - with all the pressuring of a purchase. Steve, along with Frank and Paul, made this experience delightful (if that is possible)!! Marcy and I (Wanda) would like to thank Steve for a great car-buying experience. Frank was also very helpful in getting us to the price that we were comfortable with and then Paul made the financing easy!! It was a pleasure doing business with the Parks Ford family. Ricky was excellent - he explained the features of each vehicle we looked at and spent the time to help me find just the right one. He tried to make the process as easy and worry-free as possible. Carlos was also excellent. He went above and beyond to find me the best financing possible, answered all of my questions, followed up with me on everything, and gave me all the "bottom line" options I needed in order to make the best decision. Both of them were pleasant, genuine and wonderful to work with. Even though I was not a "high end' customer, they made me feel valued and made every effort to make sure it was a great experience from start to finish. That kind of customer service is rare and I will definitely recommend Parks Ford to other. More

I went in and at first I was a bit unsure of what I really wanted, but they were patient with me and got me into a brand new Focus which I could not be any happier with. They made me very comfortable throughout the whole process, worked out a great deal for me that I didn't think would be possible, and while I was in the Finance Department my salesman Johnny kept an eye on my daughter while she enjoyed the Kids play room. They went the extra mile for me and pleasantly surprised me with the genuinely great service and have earned a customer for life. More
