Best experience ever! We had planned to visit five dealerships that day. Parks Ford was our first stop and when we left we had purchased a used 2014 Ford Explorer. First person was Wayne who showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see. Wayne was friendly and polite and answered all of our questions. The second person was Frank, also was very open and welcoming to us. Frank made the process of figuring out the best deal for us very, very pleasurable. The third person was Paul. Paul is outgoing, friendly and very efficient in explaining all the forms, figuring the best terms for us and simplifying what each form was. Have had no dealings yet with the service department but if the way the car was handed over to us is any example, totally clean inside and out, then we have absolutely had the best car buying experience ever! Would definitely recommend Parks Ford to anyone! More

We came into this Ford dealership not really expecting to make anything work due to the fact I was a new buyer and had barely any credit history. We had a small problem with one of the vehicles on a test drive, and everyone did everything they could to make sure the issue was resolved and we left with exactly what we wanted. Went into Parks Ford on Friday 14, 2014, with a letter from Parks Ford offering me $1750 or more on my 2012 Ford Edge. I wanted to know if this add was for a lease or purchase. I was never given info reg from Parks Ford offering me $1750 or more on my 2012 Ford Edge. I wanted to know if this add was for a lease or purchase. I was never given info regarding purching a Ford Escape, just leasing one. A sales person brought an Escape around the drive for me to drive, which i did an liked the car. After several hoursI with the sales person and Frank Lacey I found myself in the financial office. I was handed several documents, never a brake down of the numbers on the contract and I found myself leasing a Ford Escape SE. On the following day I returned to Parks Ford and wanted an explanation as to where my Xplan figures were indicated on the contract, the financil officer pointed a a number an said "HERE" that all!! On that Monday 17th I returned with a friend agin asking to explain the figures on the contract. At that time I was informed that the equity Ford Edge was used toward the downpayment ( without my agreement or knowledge) and the zero down, did not include the Escape SE, this was the dealers reason for taking my equity toward the lease (again without giving me an option regarding how much I wanted to put down if any) and they would not indicate where the monies from my Xplan were. After I left Parks Ford I received a call offering me a service plan for three yrs of the lease if that would make me happy!!! NO I AM NOT HAPPY, no one has the right to just take my equity and use it there way with out giving you an option, also I should had been informed prior to signing that the Zero Down was only on the Escape base model!!! I feel that I was used and the dealer bated and swithed the offer made to me. I would not recomend Parks Ford More
Really was a great experience, no one pressured us. James,Marco, and Paul were great. There was never any hassle, pressure, etc., the stuff that generally comes with buying a car.
