When I went inside to the desk they "noticed" I had 33,000 miles and suggested I get a certain service not related to the brakes that was going to cost me $475. I told them no thanks. When they took my car in I was told the rear brake job was going to cost me $485. They must think everybody that comes in there is mechanically dumb. After I told them to put the car back together I was taken to see a "manager" ?. He asked me to let them see what they could do to lower the price. He came back with a price of $279. I got the work done because if I didn't it would have cost me $105 diagnostic fee. These guys in the service dept. should be selling the used cars instead. Or maybe they did and someone moved them into the service dept. My motto is you never get a second bite at this apple. TAKE YOUR WALLET!!!!! More

When we decided to trade in our 2004 BMW Z4 Roadster for a more practical second car, Parks was our "Go To Place." The no-pressure, we're here to do our best to accommodate you attitude that I have encountered on both occasions is very helpful to my decision making process. Ricky Pritzlaff accompanied me initially and finally my wife and me through the car lot, opened cars and answered all questions in a positive and cooperative manner. He provided useful information which permitted me to buy not the initial car that I thought that I wanted but rather the one that met my needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. Frank Lacey, introduced himself and participated in the discussion of how much the BMW Z4 would be worth as a trade in, a key sticking point for my wife. Several times, he quietly reworked the the numbers during the negotiation process and ultimately offered a compromise that finally was accepted. Finally, Paul Stokes meticulously put the 1000 pieces paperwork together that required 2000 signatures so that I could drive out with my "new car". My friend and I were comparison shopping and wanted to look at the Ford Escape and the Ford Fusion. Both had been recommended by family members with the Fusion being the one we wanted to look at closely. When we first met Frank Lacey, I shared feelings regarding the bad experiences I had had with the Ford 500 I had purchased at a different dealership and concerns. ( These concerns could be validated as the car was used in the purchase as a trade-in. ) We then met with Hector Rosina. He was most knowledgeable, pointed out specific features of each vehicle we looked at, and took the time to listen to our thoughts as well as answer questions we had regarding the vehicle. Once we saw the Fusion, sat in it, rode in it, and realized its comfort free from road noise and economical gas mileage, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Each person we dealt with was most personable, made us feel welcomed, and took the time necessary to close the deal considering all involved.
