I MET WILL SMITH! WIll Smith helped me get my AC to stop making a horrible clicking noise. As soon as i walked in Will was attentive and upbeat. When I pulled up, the service reception greeted me, took my info and lead me to service advisor Will Smith I came in today to get my rear A/C checked. My salesman, David Bonsey, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very friendly and helpful. Once I decided to purchase the car, both he and the Business Manager Vincent Ippolito stayed late (on a holiday) to make sure the whole process was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. When a minor problem brought me back the next day, Senior Service Advisor Alan Sarne took care of the problem immediately and efficiently. He also was very friendly and knowledgable. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car buying and/or service experience. More
