Superb Professionalism in their Service Department On beginning our week vacation to the mountains, we realized we had no brakes. AAA towed our Ford F-250 and we were greeted by Will Smith with a smil On beginning our week vacation to the mountains, we realized we had no brakes. AAA towed our Ford F-250 and we were greeted by Will Smith with a smile. We had no smile in return as we had taken our truck to St. Pete AutoNation to have the brakes inspected twice, and they found nothing wrong. The brake mechanic at Parks Ford said it should have been noticed that the brake line was twisted. Needless to say, this could have been much worse. I told Mr. Smith that I would definitely write a review of his "superior service with a smile" when we returned safely. So thank you so much for doing a great job and to the mechanic who performed the work (wish I knew his name). You definitely take pride in your work--much needed these days!!! More

Each time I had to explain what the problem was, my awesome service rep Will Smith listened to me and asked questions to make sure he understood exactly what the problem was so he could relay it. Ellis Adams also made sure that the repairs would be covered under warranty and always returned my phone calls promptly. After several calls to Ford and some diligence, my wonderful mechanic, Jason, was able to find the problem and fix it. I have never been so relieved!!! Will, Ellis and Jason are superb!! If you ever need to have your car serviced, ask for Will and he will take care of you. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Will, Ellis and Jason!!! More

Over and Above!! Came in for my first regular oil change during a very busy time, expecting to be there a long time but they had us out in less than hour! In addition: when I called Will Smith, the service person taking care of us, over to show him several areas of my 2014 Ford Fiesta's hood that had been hit with small rocks he recommended that they could touch them up or, if we liked, that he could give us some spot paint to touch it up. I decided to touch it up myself and he showed us how to apply the paint. I've bought many cars from Parks Ford just because of their great service!! Keep it up! More

Excellent Service Our experience was excellent. We arrived after service hours and Donna who was working late to finish up continued to hang in with us, calling the Her Our experience was excellent. We arrived after service hours and Donna who was working late to finish up continued to hang in with us, calling the Hertz counter man who was also willing to come back in and look after us as we needed to be in Miami for the next morning. Nico was very professional in the way he understood and worked with us to get our vehicle back in action. All three people mentioned offered to stay late in order to look after us. Being from out of town (Canada) I really appreciated the level of caring and service.
