I was in a bad spot, with 5 kids to take to school and an unrepairable vehicle. David Bonsey, a very proud father himself understood my situation that life happens, very kindly helped me along the way. Now I'm driving a ford nicer than I ever thought I would with an extremely reasonable price. Also just say hi to Duber Garzon, he will make you smile and have a better day. Carlos Gonzalez will make financing easy and comical. Go there ask for David and you won't leave unsatisfied, I assure you!! More

We have been looking at the Ford Flex and the Explorer but just did not receive the help that we needed. On Saturday we went to the Parks Ford location and were amazed at the customer service that we received. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Jesus Van Der Henst and Duber Garzon. We immediately felt that we were being helped by a TEAM. Everyone in the office was very polite in offering drinks and checking back to see if we needed anything else. We had our eye on a Ford Flex that we saw as soon as we drove up. Jesus was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in reassuring our buying decisions. The management was very honest about the price and the financing. During the closing process the team continued to check back with us to make sure that we were comfortable. Our shopping experience was by far a pleasurable visit and a memorable one. I am now enjoying my new Ford Flex. I would recommend this team to all of my friends who are in need of great customer service and a new car. More

Will Smith checked me in and told me it would take about an hour. During my wait, he answered all my questions. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. As promised, my car was ready about 45 minutes later. I like going to this dealership because every time I stop in, the entire staff is friendly. Thank you. More
Personable, Patient, No Pressure I had actually learned of Parks Ford through the credit union at which I received my pre-approved auto loan. I'd been to a couple Ford dealerships pri I had actually learned of Parks Ford through the credit union at which I received my pre-approved auto loan. I'd been to a couple Ford dealerships prior in the hopes of purchasing a new/used C-Max hybrid and was not sold on their quality (or lack thereof) of service, as well as their quantity (or lack thereof) of C-Max's (although that's more likely due to their popularity/awesomeness). Parks had a certified pre-owned C-Max that had a spacious and clean interior as well as a highly maintained exterior, complete with the manufacturer's 7-year warranty (from new). Javier was very pleasant to work with from the test drive to the price negotiations. He gave detailed explanations and answered all of my questions; and provided a transparent and hassle-free experience. His dedication and pride in his company was very much reflected in our interactions and it made me feel comfortable with the buying process. I enjoyed Paul's sense of humor and he was great to work with as well, keeping the financing finalizations simple and painless. Overall I believe I obtained quite a deal on the car and am glad that I chose Parks Ford as my dealership. I couldn't be any happier with my certified C-Max!!! Thank you! More

Then, Sergio Rojas (Sales) received me very very well at the front door. He really helped me a lot find the right car with all needs I had and within my budget. This guy was really really nice to me and my wife. He fought hard increasing my trade in value and decreasing my new car value. Besides that, Paul Stokes was very helpfull since he got couple of thousands from my previews contract stuff. The whole team was very kind. More
