We had been dealing with 3 other Ford dealerships in the area to find this particular car with the paint and interior my wife wanted. Ricky was the only salesperson of the 3 dealers we were dealing with who kept in close contact with us, and called when he said he would. Without Ricky as our salesperson I doubt if we would of purchased the car. If you plan on shopping at Parks Ford I would recommend that you ask for Rick Pritzlaff when you walk on to the lot. Patience paid! I was not happy when I found out that my car would be in the Service Department for 9 days. A part had to be ordered and all I could think of was the I was not happy when I found out that my car would be in the Service Department for 9 days. A part had to be ordered and all I could think of was the inconvenience it would cause. However, Will Smith could not have been more accommodating. He made a loaner available to me; and kept me well informed of what was going on with my car. He was friendly, knowledgable, and extremely courteous. Thanks Will. You are a real gentleman! More
NO Communication within the dealership!! Let me first start by saying we had a decent experience with our salesman, David Bonsey. We test drove two different vehicles and decided to purchase a used Ford Mustang. David was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Next we dealt with Paul Stokes in the Finance Department. Paul was a super nice guy and we were able to finance through our current Credit Union, which is what we originally wanted to do. Now to the not so good part of our experience with Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. When we purchased our used vehicle, we also purchased the 3M Scotchgard product along with a Skylink vehicle tracking system. We were told by both Paul and David that we would receive a call from the service department within 1 week to install the Skylink and apply the Scotchgard. Let's move forward almost 3 weeks later..... no call from anyone. I called David to see why we weren't called to schedule the appointment and he assured me that someone from service would call me back within the hour to schedule the appointment. I never received a call back, so my wife called and spoke to Alan Sarne, one of the service department managers, and scheduled the appointment for a Saturday. We dropped the vehicle off and were informed it would be ready in about 6 hours. As I was leaving I ran into Duber Garzon, who asked me how we liked out car. I explained the debacle to him and he apologized and said he would see that my gas tank was full for the inconvenience. While my car was being serviced, I received a call from David Bonsey, also apologizing for not following up with the service department to have my extras put on the vehicle. David as well promised a full tank of gas for us. We receive the call from Alan that our car was ready for pickup. We arrived to pick up the vehicle and my wife asked Alan if they filled the gas tank. To his surprise, Alan did not know anything about us getting a free tank of gas, so we had to WAIT another 20 minutes for one of the porter's to go fill up our tank with gas. In closing, I would like to inform all the employees at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, that the best way to keep a customer coming back to your dealership, is to communicate not only with the customer, but with EACH OTHER. Do not tell me something and not deliver what was promised. I will give you one more chance to make things right, however, if we are not satisfied, we will DEFINATELY not be returning to Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. More

I may not remember all their names but the most outstanding is Mr. Will Smith who has personally attended to my needs for all the visits I have had. I bought the car in 2011 when it was still Heritage Ford. I have had the card serviced there since then and found that the change of ownership and name did not change the level of service and competence. In fact, it might have even improved slightly. The car is Ford Fusion 2008 and even though it is seven years old, it still runs like new, which I attribute to the way it is taken care of. And yet I feel that every dollar I spend on its maintenance and service is worth every cent. It may not be in the interest of the dealership's sales department but I feel confident that I can keep the car for another 100,000 miles. Thank to Will Smith, whom I jokingly call "my favorite Hollywood star." More

Wow.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I stopped by for a minor issue and was greeted by Terrie Aurie. She was wonderful, attentive and and kept an eye on my car and got it back so quickly. We decided to trade in both of our vehicles for two completely different pre-owned vehicles. We found what we wanted at Parks and made an appointment. Our meeting with Ricky was excellent - from the fact that he'd pulled out the vehicles we wanted to see, through the test drives, and even while we waited on financing. He and Paul knew we had time constraints and did their best to get us out of there as quickly as possible. Ricky even drove to our house once we were done, to pick up some items we had forgotten (oops!). The entire transaction was haggle- and hassle-free; a completely different experience from the awful ones I've had in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Parks again. More
