My wife and I decided that it was too big for us, We had a lot of problems in parking it. We came back and asked if we could trade it in for a new Ford Focus. Robert was his exceptional self. He assured us that we could trade. Robert explained every thing to us. And we made the deal. Robert is one of the best salesmen that we have had in a long time.
