The service staff is not friendly I just moved in Florida from another state and the DMV requires me to do a VIN verification (just to verify how many odometers I have driven). The service person first said they can only do a car registration if I buy a car from them. When I try to explain to them all I need to do is an odometer verification, they suddenly turned mad and yelled to me they are having a tough day. That really scared me and even made me cry. I will no longer do service here any more... T_T More

After being a loyal Pontiac owner for over 20 years, it had come time Great Customer Service started from moment I e-mailed Parks Ford, Wesley Chapel. After being a loyal Pontiac owner for over 20 years, it had come time to trade in my 2009 Pontiac for a new vehicle. I knew I wanted an American made vehicle, and after a few months of research, I decided on the Ford Fusion. After my initial email, I was contacted right away by Internet Sales Manager, Ricky Prizlaff. I reached out to Ricky and set up an appointment to meet with him Sunday. Upon my arrival and within 5 minutes of speaking to Ricky, I felt that he listened and understood to what I was looking for in a new vehicle but also financing. Before we took the vehicle for a test drive, Ricky took his time and explained the various features of the car, inside and out, from engine to trunk. Ricky talked to me as an adult and not once "dumbed down" the conversation b/c I was a women, as many salesmen tend to do. After explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle and taking it for a test drive, I fell in love with the Fusion. Pictures don't do it justice. With its smooth ride, comfortable seating and spacious cabin, I was hooked. Once we returned, Ricky sat down with me, took my information and worked on financing based on my trade and the difference in between purchasing vs. leasing. Upon viewing the initial offers, they weren't bad, but I felt I had some room to negotiate. After a couple of turns speaking with Ricky and then with the Finance Manager, Carlos Gonzalez "aka" Lord Ford (LOL!), I felt I got a great deal; actually better than expected. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. After agreeing to the terms and completing all the paperwork (which took no time at all), I was driving away in my new 2015 Ford Fusion, and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for true and honest managers and a dealership that listens and works to get you the vehicle you want at the right price or price you can afford its Ricky Prizlaff and Carlos Gonzalez!
