At a hard time in my moms life. My father passed away and I needed to get my mom a new car. I just stopped in to check on something she could drive, small and good on gas. I didnt have much time dealing with lots of things for my mom. Told Rich If I can I will try and get my mom up here in the next few days to look and let her make up her mind. Well Rich said no problem but if it hard for her to come here lets just take the car to her, so he did. She loved the car, the deal was made at my house. She was upset but was shocked that a dealership would be so nice to her with what she was going though. Rich went back got the car ready Cleaned and full of gas, and Vincent Ippolito the super nice and fast Finance Manager was ready so all went quick. Train Wreck So the dealership installs an after market clutch. Never said anything about voiding the warranty. Transmission is missing in third gear. They charge 640 dollars to "troubleshoot" the problem they created. Then they want 5300 dollars to repair the car. BTW the parts were 400 dollars so they wanted 4900 dollars for labor with technicians who have had no formal training unlike their ads say. Never ever buy a car from there. More

Dream Truck Purchase My son was looking for a specific truck. We searched all over the internet for something that fit. Finally, we found "the truck". It was a 2009 F150 XLT Regular Cab 4x4 with the shorter bed. My son called and spoke with Robert Vido then went for a test drive. Needless to say he fell in love with the truck. Our salesman was Robert Vido, he was so friendly and imediatly put us at ease and began to ask us what we were looking for and although the specific model with the color and options was not in his inventory he spent a long time trying to find one for us within a 200 mile radius. When that did not work out we asked him to show us what he had in stock and he had several that we looked at. His vast knowledge of the many accesories and their operation was very impressive to me and after looking at all that was avilable we now had a better idea of what we wanted with the trim package we wanted and the safety features we needed in our opinion. In all Robert is a super star in his profession and should be recognized as such as he is so professional and so knowledgable as well as extreamly personable that would not hesitate to reccomend any one to see him if they wanted to buy a new Ford car or truck. I would also like to say that on the bussiness side of the experience I was referd to Carlos Gonzalez and once again there was another stand out employee that showed us all the respect and courtesy that anyone could ask for and his knowledge of financing was amazing and his was of presenting waranty packages was done in a no pressure presentation but it was more like two friends talking over about what would be the best thing to do and if I did not want something he just said OK, and that was it. By the way the other best dealer I was fefering to was a Ford dealer in Appomatix, Va. from who I bought my first new car from in 1972, I have always measured each and every dealer I gone to since then and to date only Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel has been their equal.
