Excellent Service from Will Smith! I purchased my new Ford Focus from Parks Ford a few months ago and noticed a small crack in the windshield, I immediately contacted my sales person wh I purchased my new Ford Focus from Parks Ford a few months ago and noticed a small crack in the windshield, I immediately contacted my sales person who then contacted Will Smith (Service Advisior) about this problem. Within a few days I got a call stating they ordered a new windshield for me, I loved how fast and accommodating this process was! Will would call me with updates once a month since the windshield was on back order, this helped me feel like I wasn't put on the back burner and still a relative thought. I really admire this costumer service! He was great! I would highly recommend this dealership! More

I was very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated during and after the sale from the sales and service dept. that I returned for my next purchase. I went in this weekend to purchase of an F250 and David, Duber,and Chris bent over backwards to make my purchase as fast and painless as possible. They went out of their way to make sure the deal we made was set up in a way for everyone to come out on top. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to look up David and pay Parks Ford a visit they have excellent customer service before and after the sale. More

Once I test drove it, I was convinced that I would buy it, but needed to step away to verify that it felt right. Pete was so very understanding. He did not try apply sales pressure tactics to make me commit or make me feel uncomfortable. He allowed me to leave to shop around. After visiting another dealer and not finding what I was able to find at Parks Ford, I found myself returning within two hours. Pete was working with another customer at the time and I felt so comfortable with our first exchange, that I was willing to wait all night if I had to to work with Pete again. I am now the new owner of an F-150 XLT. Thanks a million. I will be back again. More
