No pressure, promise fulfilled I was contacted by Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel after I responded to an add I received from my credit card company offering me financing. As our car wa I was contacted by Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel after I responded to an add I received from my credit card company offering me financing. As our car was eight years old with 151,000 (+) miles and less than stellar credit, I didn't hold out much hope that they would be able to help us. Robert Stephens contacted me and spoke to me briefly about the great programs Ford was offering and he really believed he could get us into a new Ford. Our budget is very tight and I knew we would be unable to increase our monthly payments, but I went in willing to give Robert a chance to see what he could do. After a lot of going back and forth, we left that day with a 2016 Ford Fusion! Our rate was 1.9% and our payment went up only $18 over what we agreed. I was ecstatic when I called our insurance company to remove the old car add the new one that our premiums went DOWN $25 per month!!! They did everything they promised and more! My faith has been restored in Dealerships and salesmen...thanks Parks Ford!!! More

Thanks to Robert's knowledge and courteous professionalism, we ended up purchasing a 2016 Mustang that same Sunday. We wanted a white Mustang convertible. Parks Ford did not have a white one in their inventory. That same week, Robert located one and had it brought to their dealership. Caution the managers though, when I wanted to take my time and not buy the same day I felt a little pressure that almost made me not come back so I caution you on that in the future.
