NOT THIS DEALERSHIP! After four visits to PARK we signed an agreement to purchase a pre owned vehicle. We were told we had to take delivery that night so asked to speak wi After four visits to PARK we signed an agreement to purchase a pre owned vehicle. We were told we had to take delivery that night so asked to speak with the finance department. We were told he would be "tied up for quite a while" and directed to go home and apply on line which we did. Pick up for the vehicle was arranged, confirmed by Frank Lacey and on the morning of the pick up an e mail confirming everything was received. Five minutes later we got a phone call stating the car had been sold! Later that day we were offered an older vehicle for more money. I wonder what happened here? A bait and switch? We were told to take our business elsewhere because of OUR bad behavior. Again, we had a SIGNED AGREEMENT and only did what we were instructed to do. This is the second questionable dealing with PARK this year. Please know our salesman was Jesus Vander-henst was wonderful, it is the management that has the problem. However, we feel we would not have been talked to or treated like we were had my husband been with us. More

He was working very hard to find me the right vehicle. Ray never gave up. We finally found an escape that I was ready to buy. We worked out a deal that we both felt comfortable with. Trust me, if you do get stuck going there keep one eye on your wallet at all times. Their nicely dressed, smooth talking people are nothing more than your typical "used car" people looking to fleece you. Get this one, they put a new clutch in my car under warranty. Transmission fails, but the warranty won't cover it because it's an after market clutch they installed. They disassemble the transmission to find out the problem then want $5,300 to replace it. BTW I bought the tranny for $600.00 and put it in myself. I guess they wanted $4,700 for the ten hours of labor it took me to do it. Also, they charged me over $600.00 to tear the car apart. It ran when I brought it in and I had to have it towed out. Thanks Parks Ford for making me realize why I bought my one and only Ford and will go back to General Motors who understand what customer service really means. More
