He was just the type of person we hoped would approach us...He never over sold the vehicle or products, he never over talked us, and he never tried to outsmart or belittle us. He was genuinely warm, down to earth and professional. No matter what was going on, he kept us updated on our status and always kept a pleasant demeanor. Most importantly, he never made us feel pressured. (I wanted to hug him, but I figured that would've been too much. LOL) Then Pete introduced us to our amazing Business Manager, Mr. Carlos Gonzalez. Again, he, too, was the type of person and professional we hoped to meet and work with. We understand that in the business of sales, it is mandatory that all parties reap benefit in order to make / finalize a successful deal / transaction. With this, I humbly note that Carlos not only exceeded our expectations, but made us feel like lottery winners. He worked his magic (the numbers) to get us from 16+% to (drumroll please...) 6.24% in just 1 day - AFTER we had already accepted the initial 16+%. He didn't have to do this, BUT HE DID. He actually took the time to make life better for us financially-saving us thousands of dollars. Not to mention, he explained everything to us very well, clear and concise. For this, we are grateful and can't thank him enough! Ultimately, we are very happy, thankful, proud (and new) Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel customers. More

Painless experience working with the Parks team. I have been going to Parks Ford (formerly Heritage) for years. I have had both of my fords serviced there by Alan Sarne. Alan advised me Friday that it may be time to retire my 10 year old explorer. He introduced me to Rich Jodway to discuss new vehicles. Rich evaluated my situation and made recommendations. With his help, I decided on leasing a 2016 Escape. Rich was amazing. He took care of everything including having my insurance transferred to the new vehicle. My experience concluded with a visit with Paul Stokes, financial manager. I've been buying cars for many years both personally and for the Company I worked for (C&N Construction). Mr Stokes was the best business manager I've ever done business with. He was friendly, efficient and proficient. All 3 of your employees helped to make my experience very pleasant. More

Totally Painless I dreaded the day that I needed to purchase a new used car, but the time had come, and my husband wouldn't go pick mine out and buy it all by himself I dreaded the day that I needed to purchase a new used car, but the time had come, and my husband wouldn't go pick mine out and buy it all by himself like he did last time. I had performed research and knew what I wanted and what we were willing to spend. We found the vehicle through some online searches and we went to the dealership to check it out. David Bonsey assisted us and he was great. We drove it, loved it, and then he told us the price of the car minus my trade, and it was a bit more than we were willing to spend. David worked with us and we were able to make a deal...it was painless! They have a great warranty and in my experience, you cannot go wrong with Ford. To top it off, David caught us as we were preparing to leave and asked to look at the gas tank. After noting it wasn't full, he hopped in the back seat and asked if we could go to the gas station, and he filled it up for us. Now that was awesome. More

His attention to detail and communication are always Top Rate! Today while waiting for my oil change, I was checking out a new Truck on their lot. I was greeted by salesman Dorian Sinclair who was happy to show me the Truck he had the keys, started it up and gave me an overall narrative of new features my truck does not have. He also showed me a video about the new trailer back up feature they have come out with for backing a trailer. Dorian was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.
