After a series of disappointing experiences at several other My recent purchase of a 2016 Ford Mustang was made easy by the sales team at Parks Ford. After a series of disappointing experiences at several other local Ford dealerships, where the salesmen attempted to push their 2015 leftovers on me even after I had told them that I intended to order my car as I wanted it from the factory, I found my self sitting across a desk from Robert Stephens. This is a man who is passionate about cars, who carries photos of smoking hot cars on his phone, and is friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to very quickly work out exactly what I wanted to order and negotiate an agreeable price on the spot. Robert Vido handled the details of the car order. The expected delivery date was 6 to 8 weeks initially. However, it was actually 10 weeks till the delivery of the vehicle. My wife and I were kept up to date on the status of the vehicle delivery and coddled over the phone and through e-mail as we quivered in anticipation. When the bright gleaming Stallion of Doom was delivered last Tuesday night, both Roberts took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle as well as set up the many electronic functions. As I drove away from Parks Fords of Wesley Chapel the memory of their beaming faces shall stay with me forever. In other words, I was completely satisfied with the entire buying process and have no complaints at all. Let's hope my good luck continues! More

False Promises False Promises On Tuesday Dec. 1st I stopped by Parks Ford looking for a truck. Wow, saw this BEAUTIFUL Red GMC truck. Was met by a GREAT salesman, Dorian. Mr Do On Tuesday Dec. 1st I stopped by Parks Ford looking for a truck. Wow, saw this BEAUTIFUL Red GMC truck. Was met by a GREAT salesman, Dorian. Mr Dorian Sinclair brought me the keys. Wow again. Very nice vehicle. We go inside to his desk and was offered something to drink. At that time I explained to him I was leaving on a cruise Friday Dec 4th with family. Before we go any more on this sale ( I MUST HAVE SIDE STEPS SO MY MOTHER IN LAW COULD STEP UP IN THE TRUCK). He went straight to parts and service to see how much and when they could install them. GREAT only $500 installed!!! So far so good!!! We are a couple thousand dollars apart on the trade. They informed me the would throw in the side steps. They finally said they found some extra money in my trade to make the deal happen. GREATTTTTT. Now as Paul Harvey always says, "the rest of the story". Go to sign papers on the finance. Now the trade dropped from $6700 to $5200. Plus the side step was added for $599. LIES LIES LIES. When i got upset and was ready to leave they finally said I was right. Then we make the deal happen. Go back on Wednesday morning to get the side steps installed. I was informed they would be installed on Monday Dec.7th. Wow LIED TO AGAIN. Then they went and checked again. After about a 30 minute wait was informed they could be installed on Fri. Dec the 4th. 10 am. NO NO NO NO what DON'T you people understand. You told me TODAY AT NOON THEY WOULD BE INSTALLED. Friday at noon I will be on my vacation on a cruise. I informed them I was DONE WITH THEM. I was furious. I told them I would have them installed TODAY and bring the the bill. I spent 3.5 hours of my day getting them installed in Tampa. I received several calls after I left the dealership regarding the problem. After spending my time GETTING DONE WHAT THEY PROMISED ME I CALLED THEM BACK. Side steps were $374.00. I informed them I would be there in the morning at 8:30 am for my $500 dollar check. They informed me it would be READY. ANOTHER LIE. Check was not ready. No one to sign a check. After an hour and half of waiting I got my check. I am 68 years old and this was the worst buying experience I have ever had! Now you be the judge. More

Amazing Service from Top to Bottom I had recently been searching for a specific hard to find vehicle and found it at Parks Ford in Tampa, unfortunately I live in Jacksonville Florida an I had recently been searching for a specific hard to find vehicle and found it at Parks Ford in Tampa, unfortunately I live in Jacksonville Florida and was hesitant to drive all the way to Tampa to look at the vehicle and do the Financing without knowing for sure i could get into the vehicle but big thanks to Mike Dabrowski and team for working out the financing and getting the vehicle Sale Ready for me before I even drove all the way there. The finance department (Vincent Ippolito) was excellent and got me a better deal than I could have ever expected and out the door in no time. I would also like to say thank you for going beyond your call of duty in returning my rental car for me because the rental place was closed for the weekend.
