Don't do it! Scheduled service. After the FIRST full day and $1400 in services, no improvement in the F150's running ability. Merry Christmas. Rescheduled service Scheduled service. Rescheduled service for ANOTHER full day with a different diagnosis ( after I probed numerous times and 7 hours of waiting). Decided not to take advantage of the suggested repair and my research tells me that the catalytic converter was still under warranty and SHOULD have been replaced at this service center. LIVID....
