Worth the drive! We purchased a 2008 town n country van last weekend. Our salesman Joe Della Fave was super nice and very attentive to our 7 year old while waiting. The nice woman watching the front even brought him a snack and a drink. The gentleman that did our financial deal was also very attentive to our son. He asked him trivia while going through the otherwise boring process for a 7 year old. The two things that I want to mention about Joe, are first, it was pouring down rain when we were finished with the paperwork and he drove our new vehicle right up to the door so that we wouldn't get soaked. And secondly, we were missing a few headrests when we purchased the van and Joe said he would look around for them. Imagine our surprise when he called a few days later and said that he found them. What a pleasant experience start to finish. More

A lot of dealers claim to be Internet sales. Most won't answer the question you ask and want you to set up a test drive...and then talk money. Not this group they are up to snuff. Sales Person Sarikaka Sangar was picked to deliver the vehicle. Found her very personable ,knowledgeable and down right sweet. She really impressed me by stopping at my exit and asking for direction. Gps for my house is not accurate. Anyway; she wrote down my turn by turn direction and verbatimley repeated them exactly as I gave them to her. My main internet contact was with David Bonsey and he would answer each of my questions via email. I'm hearing impaired, deaf is the old term. But I can still read. After delivery and Sarita had already left I did not have the key pad code for the keyless entry. David somehow got the former owners code and emailed it to me Sarika also telephonically contacted me with the code..I'm glad they were kind enough to follow through on that request. Excellent service from the moment we arrived My wife and I were looking for a replacement vehicle and had narrowed our choice to two brands, but we were undecided upon arrival at Parks. That indecision was resolved through the outstanding professional attention we received from Jesus Vanderhenst. Our every question was answered expertly resolving all doubts and subsequent demonstrations improved our knowledge of the vehicle's capabilities. Later Duber Garson aided in finalizing our choice which required seeking the exact vehicle we desired. All of this was done with minimal delay. The sales contract was finalized with Paul Stokes whose efficiency made the process go quickly but expertly. We came away from our buying experience feeling good about our choice and happy to have met and worked with the Jesus, Duber and Paul. More
