GREAT Car Purchase/Service Experience! This was my first experience with Ford (and this dealership). I purchased a certified Explorer. I've had poor experiences with dealers in the past, so I went into this with extreme hesitation. Thankfully, I knew the car I wanted, so the selection process was fast and easy. Sarita made the sales experience both professional and personal. Even when pointing out a couple of very minor things that needed to be fixed on the car, she and the manager made accommodations without any hesitation. I felt like i left the dealership with an AMAZING deal! Sarita maintained great communication with me to assure I was happy with the vehicle and that the issues were addressed. After the purchase, i dealt with the service department to address minor issues from the initial sale. Rob Petron handled my case extremely well and was accommodating despite my work schedule.
