Happy, confident & relieved. I went in unsure about what kind of car I wanted but new it couldn't be brand new. I did do a bit of research on the used collection online but was a little afraid of being pressured by the sales person. Jesus understood what I was looking for and showed me what was available and helped me narrow down my choices. I'm glad I was able to test drive and how patient they were with me since it took me a few days to go back and forth finalizing everything. My family have purchased their cars before from this location and the same experience they received, I did too. I love my car and glad I made the right choice with the help of the staff, including Ray, the manager & the finance guy, Vince. More

But I did my homework and found they were asking a fair price for my CPO car. The salesman Robert Stephens was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the CPO program and benefits. We worked out an acceptable deal for both the car and my trade-in. I would definitely go back if I needed to buy another car, and I'd ask for Robert. He made the whole thing a pleasant experience. Excellent Experience - Finally I had searched all over the Tampa area for a 2015/16 new Ford Edge with the features I wanted and the price I could tolerate, One of the last dealers I had searched all over the Tampa area for a 2015/16 new Ford Edge with the features I wanted and the price I could tolerate, One of the last dealers that I visited was Parks Ford. The Sales staff was relatively knowledgeable and friendly. As is typical with all dealers, we had to go through several offers-counters and a parade of management to get to a deal on a new 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. I am happy with the financial arrangements, but was less than impressed by parts/service. When I bought the car I went to the Parts Department and ordered a cargo mat and a rear bumper protector. "No problem. We can get those in a day and we will call you." After a week, there was no call and I found the OEM parts on Ebay even cheaper with free shipping. I ordered them. The day after I ordered the parts Parks Sales called to follow up on the purchase of the vehicle and to see if everything was fine. I told the salesman about my disappointment with Parts Department. The very next morning I got a call from Frank Lacey (Sales Manager) saying that "This is not the way we do business and I am committed to make this right with you." He told me to bring the parts in when I received them ant Parks would install them. The parts arrived in a couple of days and I took them up to the dealer and met with Frank. He immediately had the part put on my car and he insisted that Parks Ford reimburse me for the cost of the parts that I bought. He handed me a check on the spot and apologized for the lack of follow-up by the Parts Department. I was amazed at how much they wanted to "make it right". They turned around my negative opinion to a very positive experience. I believe Parks Ford tries to do right, but every now and then there are minor issues like mine. They don't see them as minor and worked hard to make me appreciate them....and I do. Oh, also, the delivery process was typically long in the Finance Department, but Brett, the salesman who delivered the car was extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure we knew all of the features of the Edge. Great! More

Great servise I purchased a car from Brandon ford and there service dept. was the worst. I had few issue with my care and had to file a lemon law. Robert jumped the day he seen me coming and knew I did not have a sale. Vincent and Robert went above and beyond getting me the car I wanted. He was so great we ended up purchasing another car for my wife. More

Our salesman for our last three new cars has been Robert Vido and when the need for a car to tow came about, we thought we would give him the opportunity to sell us another vehicle. If we didn't like and trust him, we would not have been back to see him. We told him what we were looking for and he found us a vehicle that would work for us. The process was pleasant and we felt like we got a good deal. We will definitely return to Park Ford and Robert when we need another vehicle.
