I dealt with an impressive young man by the name of Michael Zaranski. He was polite, positive and took the time to answer all my questions about the functions of the Escape. Also worked with another amazing gentleman by the name of Craig Randolph. He took a great deal of time and care when explaining the numbers and options with leasing a car not only to me but to my family so we ALL had an understanding of the process.
