Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff After an unpleasant experience the evening before at another dealership (who we had been faithful customers of for almost 15 years) we went to Parks F After an unpleasant experience the evening before at another dealership (who we had been faithful customers of for almost 15 years) we went to Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel at the recommendation of my father. He was pleased with his F150 purchase last month and said to give them a try. We were immediately greeted by a smiling Sarita Rangar. We explained our experience the previous evening to her. She was very professional in never saying anything negative about her competitor when we discussed what had happened to us. She was very helpful in our search for our new vehicle. Sarita spent time with us to determine exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. After consulting with her manager, Frank Lacey, they were able to find a Ford Explorer in their inventory that met all of our needs and wishes. Sarita was very knowledgeable in the SUV's features and went out of her way to be sure every question was answered. Carlos Gonzalez did the paperwork quickly yet thoroughly so that we were on our way home with our new Explorer in just a couple of hours instead off all day as has happened to us in the past. We couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing a new SUV than we had at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel.
