He did all the diagnostic testing and even called Ford directly to make sure my car was operating properly. They even washed my car! I will only go here for service. Once there, David worked to show us two vehicles in comparison and worked with us to help make a decision. We bought a "pre-owned" 2016, not in the color we thought we wanted. However, we are pleased with the fair evaluation of our trade in and the financing efforts to find a loan with a lower interest rate on a pretty decent rate we brought from the financial institution. More
