When she called me and rattled off the laundry list of issues with my car, I was completely caught off guard. After speaking with my husband, and hearing what the mechanic had to say, we decided to look at some vehicles. Sylvina referred us to Sarita, the only female salesperson at the dealership. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning. She was able to find us not one, but two vehicles. We worked with Vince on the finance end, who was also very pleasant and personable. We really felt like he was listening and taking action when needed, rather than trying to haggle us. Towards the end of the transactions, we were greeted by the sales manager, Craig. Yet another pleasant employee who circled back to thank us again as we were leaving. This was, by far, the most pleasant (overused word here I know, but it's fitting) car buying experience we've ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
