This is the same person who bought the 06 CHEVY COBALT. as many you know and read my story it continues and currently having a hard time writing it be This is the same person who bought the 06 CHEVY COBALT. as many you know and read my story it continues and currently having a hard time writing it because its making me cry. happy tears of joy and blessings of what these gentlemen have done for me. so my story began with that cobalt and now I own a 2016 FOR FOCUS S. love the car so far for the 3 months I have driven it. in the same time my father had a 13 years old vehicle 2004 MURCURY MOUNTAINEER 4.0 again very hard to write (: well my fathers car transmission broke and was done fore. me and my mother paid in full $3,600 for a new transmission. My father was so happy jumping with joy. My father means everything to me so I will do anything for him. After what he has done for me and my two beautiful sisters. My father is disabled through so much hard ship. After months of driving it, his engine decided to not work anymore, Oil pump went bad and who knows how much more damages. I have never seen my father so depressed in my whole life. looking out from my passenger window not knowing how to tell my mother or my sisters the bad news. I hade no idea what to do but to think we will fix it lets save up. But my dad said that it is time to put the car to rest and that it has done a great job towards the family. I agreed but I could not settle for that. He has these doctors appt. and other things he needs to do. I works so much 7 days every week, my sister works in a Hospital so its hard, we try but very difficult. SO I called Parks Ford Of Wesley Chapel and Joseph Della Fave spoke to me and asked him if there is anything he can do in order for my father to have a vehicle. given that I just purchased my Focus 3 months ago. Now what I love about the people in Parks ford is if they need help to approve you, and will do everything to get you I a car as little pay as possible. So Joe tried his best to crunch up a few things but then He grabbed Jay Acevado and omg that man worked all day for me. He spoke to me multiple times about how much down I needed but every time he would call me he kept bringing down the down payment. in that whole day! He got the help with the manager-Duber Garzon to help me with the down payment and a bank to approve of me with one more car. They kept pushing and stressing to get me approved for my father to drive in a more reliable car. After a long day at work, worried! I make it to the dealership with my Father and there they are with THE biggest surprise and first words were...YOU ARE APRROVED! I tried so hard not to tear up at the moment, my eyes were shot red lol well our amazing funny Finance guy was David Rodriguez. He welcomed us with such a real great smile. laughing and joking the whole time. Little did we know he was able to bring the down payment, reasonable of course but amazing deal! So my father happy with so much JOY hugging me, kissing me and thanking me for the car I bought him! I was so emotional that day. A 2013 FORD FOCUS SE A/T CERTIFIED [RE-OWNED! What they have done for my father is beyond words to explain. 2 years ago I started with nothing but the cobalt is were it started and changed my life completely a second chance in my life and now at this moment capable of taking care of my family, as they did for me. These gentlemen at Parks Ford Of Wesley Chapel are the most humble, honest, out going individuals I have ever met in my whole life. They have earned my trust, my families love and honor. There will be no other place life Parks Ford! and like I said in my last review, as long as you work hard and your credit they will do everything in there power to help you. Even with bad credit. Bad credit expect high interest rates but, you can fix that np. Trust me, ask Joe or Jay they know my story how I started. I had originally made an appointment for service on my 2012 Fusion, but the day before, I received a call from Jay Acevado about possibly buying my Fusion back, so I made an appointment with him for the same day as my service to discuss the offer. Needless to say, I ended up buying a brand new 2016 Fusion from Jay. Jay was awesome. He showed me everything about it, and all the safety features the new Fusion has. He also had me test the safety features, so I would be comfortable with them. I love him! I don't think I could have dealt with anyone better. More

He very patiently and comprehensively explained the different options available between vehicles and had no reservations to take us for a test drive without being pushy or overwhelming. Mr. Stokes was very well prepared ahead of our interview with all financing option and assisted in selecting the option that was best suited for us.The vehicle was detailed and show room ready to be delivered at the time we sign the auto loan. Mr. Dabrowski easily set up the electronics to our needs, thoroughly explained the most import features and guided us to the source of additional information. My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. Finaly never thought we will buy a truck, cant tell you how happy we are we did. We love our new F-150. More

From our interactions with Robert Vido on the phone and in person it really showed us we made the right choice. Robert Vido is friendly, full of information, and puts the customer first. We drove 90 minutes and the service was well worth the drive. All the staff was friendly, attentive, and willing to help the customer. Robert Vido not only sold me a beautiful Ford Focus Titanium but provided us with a top notch level of service that you rarely see in car dealerships. I would recommend Parks Ford and Robert Vido to family and friends, our process was painless and well worth the drive. 5-stars isn't enough for Robert and the Parks Ford crew.
