We had very little time to work with Ralph as I had a flight to catch, but he came through and quickly got us all the information on the trade-in, showed us all the applicable rebates and got us to test drive the vehicle they had with all the features we wanted. Over the week I was on the business trip, Ralph was able to find every rebate applicable, get his sales manager to provide a better trade-in value, took calls/texts from me late into the evening and also got me a hitch ball with mount.
