Ford Car Shopping Experience I looked at Ford first because they didn't take the government bailout. The Ford Escape that I tested was a dream to drive! Good visibility- plenty of leg room, full featured and nicely styled. I loved this dealership - especially our salesman, Rich. He's been selling cars for years and it shows! He's knowledgeable, not at all pushy and seems to really care about helping customers find the right car for them. He knows his inventory, too, so he's the right man for the job! I also liked knowing that Mr. Parks still comes to work - it means the owner cares about what's going on in his dealership. The one thing that I didn't like was the warranty. Ford's auto warranty doesn't compare well with other manufacturers & I am not sure why. I probably would have stopped shopping and bought the escape if it wasn't for my concern about the warranty. Overall - a very positive experience. More
