I had a great experience with their finance team also, I can't remember his name but he was very personable and outgoing and made the worst part of buying a new vehicle a breeze. I noticed a few hours after leaving the dealership that I had a screw in one of my tires and I was annoyed and upset as you can imagine but I spoke to Frank and David and they had me there the next day fitting a new tire at no cost to me. 100% customer service at Parks which is why myself and my family do business there. 2015 f-250 I was in the market for a f-250 this was my first dealer I stop to see this 2015 f-250 diesel we did a test drive and my wife ask about what smells li I was in the market for a f-250 this was my first dealer I stop to see this 2015 f-250 diesel we did a test drive and my wife ask about what smells like smoke inside the sales guy said he can't smell anything, he said he would smell it immediately because he is allergic to smoke. I guess we trust him that night we left ,I told them I will look around for more trucks, later in the week they call me from the dealer to work a deal in that truck we stop to see the truck again and the smoke was in the truck one of sells man told my wife this is the smell of the carpet cleaning in the truck anyway we was ready to live and the sales man took my wife's phone because she is the one who was going the math for payments, we went back inside to work a deal they lost my business for $250 we left, but thanks because we would have been miserable with that truck since we are non smokers. I will said don't lie to your customers about the smell because was strong in that truck. And The salesman need to be not as pushy because it's not their bank account making the payment Thanks to park Ford I found a better truck for the price of their truck at a different dealer More
