Went to look at two trucks I saw on internet special I went to dealership as they had two trucks I was interested in via internet. I liked them both a lot but one had severe cigarette smoke smell which m I went to dealership as they had two trucks I was interested in via internet. I liked them both a lot but one had severe cigarette smoke smell which made me uninterested. The other one was really what I was looking for even though I was just in looking mode. It was ten minutes before closing and sales man and finance person stayed late to see what we could work out. Got really good interest rate of 1.8 and gave me a little off the sticker which was enough to have me driving off in new vehicle. Has v-8 which does eat some gas but so far really love my new/used vehicle. New to me anyway. Thanks!!! More

I had already spoken to my salesman, Will Bozeman on the phone about a car that I like My sales experience at Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel was great! I had already spoken to my salesman, Will Bozeman on the phone about a car that I liked, that he had suggested. When I arrived at the dealership my Escape was waiting out front ready for me to test drive it. I loved it from the start! Even though it had been leased prior to my ownership, it was pristine! I asked Will to show me some other cars just to say I looked at others, but I knew right away that I wanted the Escape. He showed me several others, but I decided on the Silver Escape. The paperwork process was quick and easy and within a very short period of time I was driving my Escape home to Plant City. Thank you for your wonderful sales team, especially Will Bozeman and Carlos Gonzalez. It was nice that even other salesmen, Frank Lacey and Terry Mullane came by Will's office and introduced themselves. That made me feel at ease. Overall a 5 star experience! More

My "new" Escape After an exhausting search that I conducted over the past month, I set my sights on a 2014 Titanium Escape which was in stock at the dealership. I was contacted by Will Bozeman and he invited me in for a test drive. I already knew how it rides and drives as my daughter had one a couple of years ago. She traded hers in for a new Explorer when she had her baby. Will greeted my wife and I warmly and we went for a drive. Now I already knew what I wanted and what I could afford to pay but Will never gave us ANY pressure to purchase. Just the normal back and forth on the negotiation. I agreed this was the car but now get down to brass tacks. We started the negotiation that night but we could not agree. We were about $1k apart so we left. He was off the next day and called my when he returned back to work. He said what can we do to make this happen. Again, a friendly conversation with no pressure felt between us. I told him what I wanted and he agreed to call me back. Within the hour, we had a deal. We accepted delivery the next day and I have not had any regrets. Working with Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was a fun and respectful purchase and I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car. The financing was a breeze. While Will, my wife and I were just talking, Vinny Ippolitto, sorry if I spelled his name wrong, had all the paperwork done so it was just the usual attempt at upselling, of warranties, which we expected. What we didn't expect was his advice on what we didn't need in the warranty. He exhibited no pressure at all to either buy or not buy and this was something we both appreciated. The whole process of buying the car, removing the plates from my trade, the financing, only took about an hour and a half. Much quicker than what I remembered way back when. Overall, I give 5 stars to the whole team at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and highly recommend you visit with Will Bozeman as he will get it done for you. More
