They Took my car for a joyride without my permission Took my mustang bullitt in for the airbag recall and got it back with 4.4 miles more than when I took it in. All reputable shops remove the wheels to check brakes, not take the car for a joyride. Thank you Richard Clay for your perfect corporate answer to the problem. After your explanation that it was necessary to drive my bullitt when you put in a new airbag for a recall I contacted ford dealers in alachua, Ocala,Starke, chief land, and crystal river to ask if that was their policy. All service persons said NO. Two of the service managers said what I know is correct- it was driven because it is a bullitt. I will spread the word of your practices every chance I get More
Out Standing service I started using the service depart in May '15. Bill Stoufer is the best service adviser that I have worked with. Inadequate service I have a 2015 Ford Transit that just had it's third oil change. The service technicians don't have a clue to re-set the computer after oil changes and I have a 2015 Ford Transit that just had it's third oil change. When it broke within the period of guarantee, they took an extremely long time (3 or 4 week The service department installed a part with a guarantee. When it broke within the period of guarantee, they took an extremely long time (3 or 4 weeks) to replace it. It became a very difficult process. Phone calls were not returned. Promises broken. It did get replaced, but I can not recommend the service department to anyone. More

ON OUR TRUCK AND IT WAS FIXED IN NO TIME. WE WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE OUR BUSINESS IN TOWN AND GET BACK ON THE ROAD.
