Appointment for oil change, tire slow leak and new key fob. Dropped off @ noon to be completed in 2 hours. Back at 430 not finished. Couldn’t find tire leak- 2025 vehicle 3rd in for slow leak, still coul fob. Dropped off @ noon to be completed in 2 hours. Back at 430 not finished. Couldn’t find tire leak- 2025 vehicle 3rd in for slow leak, still couldn’t find. At 430 we are told recall on software was just started. Left over night 1130 pick up. At 1145 still not finished. After hour told they found the tire leak. Patched, soft ware done. Zero info on new key fob. Fraser @ service was to run down info on fob and call. 16 days later -zero follow up. Wife felt she was treated like “a silly woman”. Attitude changed for me. More
