I only went to the service department and was quoted one price, paid up front to order the part when I went to have the work done was charged an additional $300 I knew nothing about. A key fob should not be $800 I doubt they even cut the key blade. I’ll have to check but I bet they’d want $$$$ to do that. If my Lincoln needs work I won’t be taking it there. More

Luciano lied , told me none of my work was covered under warranty, that was a huge lie he never even attempted . Thankfully Alejandro took over and submitted the work it was covered. Took a whole week without my vehicle to do an oil change, change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu.
