I set an appointment for 1pm for service, when I got there, the lady immediately stated I would have to leave my vehicle and was not guaranteed my car would get looked at that day. Lied said they didn’t rotate tires because they could not find my wheel lock. But had brake pad measurements on invoice. They lost my wheel lock key. I had my Hyundai Elantra towed in because of a sudden large oil leak. They diagnosed the problem as an extremely loose oil filter (!) and fixed it with an oil & filter change and also fixed a recall issu large oil leak.
