Well, let’s see. My 2022 F250 Platinum was at the dealership in August this year. It was still under B2B warranty. I was directed to this dealership by Santa Fe Ford My 2022 F250 Platinum was at the dealership in August this year. It was still under B2B warranty. I was directed to this dealership by Santa Fe Ford because the headliner and passenger side roof molding strip needed to be replaced. As explained by SF Ford, these had to be completed by a dealership with a body shop and they explained Parks was the closest. Parks had my truck for nearly two weeks. It was returned all fixed, or so it appeared. 80 miles before by 36k B2B warranty was up, the passenger side molding appeared to break again. So, here we go again, back to Parks Ford. This time, they had the truck 4 days and said it was done. When I arrived, I found the passenger side roof molding had been glued down. Bill explains to me that the window company that came out didn’t want to break the back glass so that’s why they glued it down rather than replacing it. As they had done the first time. I was lied to on both occasions and would have left there with a roof molding piece that would have popped off again in a month or two had I not inspected it and demanded it be properly repaired. So, they had my trucks for two weeks again, all while proving me with a sad little escape that was both filthy and smoked in to drive. All told, I was out over $1100 in car payments for my truck being at Parks for a month across two visits for what should have been fixed correctly this time. What they did is tantamount to fraud. I will not only never take my vehicle to this dealership again, but I will also advise friends to avoid them like the plague. I can’t stand to be deceived and lied to and that is precisely what happened here. No one can convince me otherwise. I shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of crap with a $100k vehicle. Shame on Parks Fraud. Shame. More
