Took more than 2 1/2 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change scheduled in advance and I was waiting the entire time. Then the advisor forgot to have them check the “check engine light” that had come on in my scheduled in advance and I was waiting the entire time. Honestly, I clicked “no” initially on the question to whether I would recommend this dealership. I changed it based upon my last couple of appointments with Levin. During my first few years of my Lincoln whether I would recommend this dealership. I changed it based upon my last couple of appointments with Levin. During my first few years of my Lincoln maintenance, I had horrible experiences. Long wait times to schedule appointments; long wait times to get jobs done; my car would be in the shop for days. I have to say that I’ve noticed a difference these last couple times. I was able to get my car in fairly quick and Levin made sure that I had a good experience. I still don’t like my Navigator though. Pretty sure I got close to a lemon, and for the money I spent on it, the things I’ve had to have replaced when it’s barely five years old is ridiculous. More

Have spent $2000 on check engine light. It came back on a day later after 3 try to repair. Now they want another $650 with no guarantees of it fixing it either. 3 strikes your out.
