I took my Ford Transit extended length, high top dually in for air in the dually tires because they were low and not accessible with a regular air compressor attachment. I was told they’d have to remove the tires in order to fill them because the holes in the STOCK wheels are too small. Then they came back and said they were able to do it without removing the tires. Except when I got into the van it was clear the outer tires on each side hadn’t been filled. I asked Levin about this and he said they did fill them and the sensor probably needed to reset. That was not the case. So I still have 2 low tires that I can’t fill on my own due to the way the FORD STOCK DUALLY WHEELS are designed. I’m pretty aggravated and will have to go somewhere to get them filled. More

They do not have enough skilled mechanics to diagnose and perform repairs. Took a week (Friday through Thursday) to get fairly uncomplicated work diagnosed and done. Recording says new management. I did not have a good experience. My car was damaged while it was in there. It took a lot of time to get the car fixed from the accident that happened at the dealer. I will definitely put a bad review on social media if I don’t get my rental car reimbursement. Now he’s telling me it could be 2 to 3 weeks before I receive a check.
