You have gotten very expensive. Over $250 just to provide a repair estimate. That's over the top. Over $250 just to provide a repair estimate. That's over the top. More

The service personnel were extremely professional and courteous. It was obvious to me that there are alot of personnel for sales and walking around then the service dept. who apparently is short staffe courteous. It was obvious to me that there are alot of personnel for sales and walking around then the service dept. who apparently is short staffed and working very hard to keep customers happy. This rating is not pointed at the service dept., I was thinking about purchasing a new car but after seeing the service dept. still does not have enough personnel, I am not planning on it. This is just a recommendation to take care of the people who purchase and need service vs. 10 sales personnel doing nothing. Thank you, More

Not sure what is going on with this advisor, but clearly is not educated enough to do advisor job. Sent me information on things that had been done around the 60k mile mark and would be done around the 80-9 is not educated enough to do advisor job. Sent me information on things that had been done around the 60k mile mark and would be done around the 80-90k mile mark, but wanted me to pay for the services. A customer explains had a sluggish crank for car. It's been documented that my battery has been a possible issue since around August. The auto stop/start feature had quit working. Battery found around 60% remotely by advisor at that time, despite the fact I'd driven it 54 miles that morning. With that being said Advisor Fraser had no answers other than my battery was fine and wouldn't be covered under warranty if I decided to replace it. He recommended many other things be completed during this visit. Picking up my SUV I'm looking over the paperwork. Marked requires immediate attention are engine oil and/or fluid leaks. I'm curious as to why this hadn't been mentioned in either the 2 phone calls or service links I was sent. A bit upsetting as much as I rely on my automobile. Upon investigation I'd been given documents for a Hannah Dolan. Guess she has my information and VIN number now. Pay attention to details, if you don't know the answers, find out and give appropriate responses! Would give negative stars if I could! More

Problem 1- we delivered a brand new battery to the service department in the first week of service. We were called and emailed at least 5 times over the several weeks to tell us we needed a new battery. Eventually, we had to send the invoice and get upset to make sure the battery was installed. Problem 2- no other repairs or the possibility of repairs were discussed. Then once the engine was being installed, all of a sudden thousands of dollars in repairs were needed. The response- “once you take the engine apart, sometimes things don’t go back together correctly or work the same.” My response- “all those things were working when I brought it in”. Then I was told that if I didn’t spend the thousands in repairs that it would void the warranty on the engine. I had to tell them that I would have it towed and contact a lawyer. Problem 3- after 12 weeks and several headaches I picked up my car, drive it a few feet down the road and realized the AC doesn’t work. I bring it back immediately and am told that is not under warranty. Again, I was very clear that the AC worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off. They did fix it and I have had my car for two days with no problem so far. I took it to my normal mechanic and they don’t seem to find the same $2-3000 problem that Hyundai seemed to. Plus side - they lent me a car so I had something to drive over the 12 weeks. Although…even though that was appreciated, I still got a rude and totally inappropriate VM from the person in charge of the loaner over some false accusation from a service department employee. Unreal. And almost funny. More
