Took a whole week without my vehicle to do an oil change, change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu. I don't understand having an appointment for service if there is no one available to change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu. It put me without transportation for the entire week while my drivable truck sat in the service parking lot. More

Made an appointment to get a slow leak checked out on tire. After waiting almost 2 hours I was told the tire already had a patch so I would need to purchase a new tire. I told the staff we had purchased tire. After waiting almost 2 hours I was told the tire already had a patch so I would need to purchase a new tire. I told the staff we had purchased the tire warranty and was told they would get a new tire put on. I waited 3 hours total. It’s absolute insanity to have to wait that long for something so simple. I didn’t arrange a ride because never in my life have I waited that long for a new tire. I had my 6 month old baby with me. If I had known it would be that long I would have gotten a ride. If I had walked in and didn’t have an appointment, okay I get your fitting me in, but I had a freaking appointment. Someone contacted me after I left a google review asking what they could do to make it right…I have no idea what that would be outside of money for my time wasted? More

I have been a customer of parks Ford for more than 10 years. The service department is one of the best I have ever dealt with. What enjoy the best about Bill, is his patience with me. I never know the "l years. The service department is one of the best I have ever dealt with. What enjoy the best about Bill, is his patience with me. I never know the "lingo" and he is able of translate what I am trying to describe about the car issue. He explains what could be causing the problem in language I can understand. He always goes over the service report to explain what the tech fixed. I really appreciate this because he summerize what service was preformed. More
