Appointment for oil change, tire slow leak and new key fob. Dropped off @ noon to be completed in 2 hours. Back at 430 not finished. Couldn’t find tire leak- 2025 vehicle 3rd in for slow leak, still coul fob. Dropped off @ noon to be completed in 2 hours. Back at 430 not finished. Couldn’t find tire leak- 2025 vehicle 3rd in for slow leak, still couldn’t find. At 430 we are told recall on software was just started. Left over night 1130 pick up. At 1145 still not finished. After hour told they found the tire leak. Patched, soft ware done. Zero info on new key fob. Fraser @ service was to run down info on fob and call. 16 days later -zero follow up. Wife felt she was treated like “a silly woman”. Attitude changed for me. More

Levin is always very kind yet professional. I was not happy that they sent 2 people that never drove a manual car before. I can’t imagine just trying to drive it. The staff was very friendly and made my husband and I feel important. Fraser was in touch with us during our wait. He showed us where snacks drinks and restroom was. The lady at front helped us find Fra feel important. Fraser was in touch with us during our wait. He showed us where snacks drinks and restroom was. The lady at front helped us find Frasier don't remember her nam but she was young and black hair. She also walked around asking if we needed water for anything. Everyone was nice. My car was fixed by Cameron and everything works perfect. We have to go back when a part is in but it will be a pleasure to return.
