Customer service was terrible. I called my service technician and instead of him calling me back he sent me a text. My door lock was working before I gave them my car. After I picked up my car the lock stopped working. They claimed they couldn’t see me until a certain day, but after I spoke with the manager and I could be immediately seen that day.
