DO NOT HAVE TYLER work on your car They gave me a bad diagnostic test for my truck. Ended up paying $548.00 for a thing that did not need to be fixed. DO NOT HAVE TYLER work on your car!!!. I feel like he is looking for non-existent problems to fix... plus he has an attitude. Don the service manager is just the same. I asked for a different mechanic to work on my truck and he refused. Don was not friendly at all. He refused to give me the money back for the parts I paid and did not need... and for the things "they did supposedly fixed". My car was not fixed after paying that $$$ amount because they diagnosed the wrong problem. After I took the car from them... the car had the same problems as previously. I would say...stay away from such headaches and save yourselves some money. More

Two weeks later it began smoking heavily upon startup. Took the vehicle back in to have it checked out by their service department with the promise that they would "make it right." My vehicle sat at the dealership for over 2.5 weeks and every time I called to check on it, no one knew what to do with it. The operations manager said he would get with the Service guy and I called the service department and they had been given no direction on what to do with it. After my persistence in calling and checking on it, they sent it off to the Nissan dealership to have them look at it where again it sat. Hunter Nissan was much more helpful so I dealt directly with them instead of Four Seasons Ford. The Nissan dealership said I needed a new engine and estimated a cost of $3k-$4k. After contacting Ford to let THEM know what Nissan said, they told me the vehicle was operable and that I'd just need to keep an eye on the oil. I decided to get an independent opinion from General Auto and they informed me I would need an engine replacement or the vehicle would blow up on me. After being given a quote closer to $5k to fix it, I told them I would contact the dealership to see if they would help me out with meeting me halfway on the costs or letting me trade the vehicle in for a different one. I spoke with John, the General Manager at Four Seasons over the phone and he ensured me that he would "bend over backwards" to help me if I found a vehicle I wanted. That evening I showed up on the lot and did not see anything other than a 2011 Armada that was listed for $27,700 online. Chris, the used car salesman went down to the new lot building to "run some numbers" to see what was the "best" John could do for me. After literally 45 minutes or more of waiting by myself on the used lot, Chris came back with 2 sheets of paper...The first paper offered me a trade-in value of $5900 LESS than what I paid for it a month and a half ago from THEIR LOT!!! The second paper was supposed to be a "much better" deal showing where they "helped" me out by giving me a trade-value that was $3900 less than what I paid for it!!! On top of this, there was not even a reduction on the sticker price of the Armada! The fair purchase value of this vehicle on Kelley Blue Book is $25k and Four Seasons Ford was not even willing to come off the sticker price. So after Screwing me over on a bad vehicle they wanted me to pay $3k over the asking price for the 2011 Armada. Needless to say, I was irate at the whole situation and asked for the owner's email address. It took the salesman another 15 minutes just to find it for me. I wrote Roger an email on Friday, giving him the opportunity to hear my frustrations and make things right. Unfortunately he (just like the operations manager) didn't even have the decency to write me back! I am furious at the audacity of a dealership as big as Four Seasons to treat me in the manner I have been treated. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership and I'll encourage everyone I come in contact with to avoid this place like the plague!! More
Horrible service Technicians are not properly trained to troubleshoot or repair, staff and management not very friendly at all. I noticed another review that was spot Technicians are not properly trained to troubleshoot or repair, staff and management not very friendly at all. I noticed another review that was spot on with the mentality of this dealership. Bait and switch! One staff member tells you one thing and then a manager swoops in and completely changes the deal! not good business ethics In September 2014 my husband and I tried to purchase a used truck from this car lot. They drove my car told us how much we had to have as a down payment and sent the truck to the shop to be fixed. They called us at work and told us to bring the car and title and that we would be driving the truck home that evening. When we arrived nothing was ready like we were told over the phone. Our application had not been processed like we were told and the manager had no idea what was going on. His salesman hadn't told him anything that was going on. The manager takes us into his office and assures us that everything will be fine. He says he's gonna talk to the bank his self, promises us he won't sell the truck, and ask us to give him 24 hours to call us back. The next day he leaves two voice mails saying he has wonderful news for us on one and on the second he says you have the truck....we called back to find out what we had to bring back with us and he does a 360 saying the bank wouldn't give us the loan. He sold the truck before we called back after promising us he wouldn't... Bad business I think.....they jerked us around for nearly 2 weeks and then let us down. More

Total time start to finish 2hrs and Mr. Gregg bought lunch. We returned 1 week later after a short training class with 5 other couples on the electronics and ended up trading our 2008 Ford Expd. on the 2013 Escape eco. 4x4 that we started to look at in the first place this was also straight forward and yes he bought lunch, and there was no beating around the bush. I saw this car online and had talked with them about purchasing the car. They wanted 3k for a Ford Festiva. I thought that was an awful lot for that car so I figured it must be in really good condition. purchasing the car. They wanted 3k for a Ford Festiva. I thought that was an awful lot for that car so I figured it must be in really good condition. The pictures online made the car look really good except for some cosmetic issues which I could easily take care of. I talked the guy down to 2.5k since I was coming from Kansas City, MO (900 miles away) to help pay for the trip. The guy talked up the car. How good condition it was in. How everything runs great. I asked him about the air conditioning since my last car didnt have it and he said it had it and worked fine. He even went as far as to tell me that he has driven it himself around the city a couple of times. I thought the price was high but it still seemed like a really good car. He kept telling me over and over that someone else was wanting to buy it and that he could only hold it for so long. I tried to rush out and get a loan. Every day he would call me asking for the money. I finally got the money but I wasn't going to be able to make it for another week. He said until the money was in his hands, the car was still for sale so he told me I should wire him the money. I specifically told them that this car needed to be in good working order so I can drive it home. He told me everything mechanically was was working soundly. I went ahead and wired the money. When I finally got the chance to make it out there (21hr bus ride) I get to the dealership. The car has many more scratches on it than the pictures revealed. The pictures were conveniently positions to hide the fact that the side panel was screwed on by sheet metal screws and there was a huge screw right though the console holding the faceplate on. That wasn't in any of the pictures but I thought to myself, its just cosmetic. I can fix that. I wasn't happy though. They tell me to drive the car down to the office to fill out the paperwork. I'll admit, the engine ran smoothly and sounded good. I drove it down and we began the paperwork process. He told me that since the money was already transferred to them, the car was now mine. No backing out now. So I signed the paper. The last paper he had me sign was the lemon clause. That if I felt they sold me a lemon, I couldn't sue. That didn't make me feel comfortable and I probably should of known not to sign it when he hesitated to reply to my comment about whether or not he was selling me a lemon. I had already given him my money though and the car sounded like it ran alright. I started to head back on my 13hr trek back home. 2hrs after I left, I had to fill up on gas. After I filled up and started the car, there was a rattling noise from what sounded to be in the transmission. That scared me but I still had 11hrs more to go. I decided to push on. The car was driving just fine down the highway. I decided to turn on the A/C cause it was really hot out. Cold air was coming through but just barely even when it was set to high. I was upset cause I bought this car for the AC since my last one didnt have it. I decide to roll the windows down since the AC just wasn't cutting it. I decide to turn on the radio and listen to the music. Only one speaker worked in the car. I listened for about 3min when the radio station started cutting out. Or so I thought. I began to smell smoke. The wires from the radio were burning. I shut the radio off and the smell went away. Great. Now I have to get a new radio installed. That's three things wrong so far. I come across some rain on the way back. I go to turn on the wipers. They work. Yay. It begins to rain harder so I try to crank up the speed on the wipers. Nope. Doesn't matter which mode its in, it only has one speed. Slow. Luckily the rain didn't last long cause I almost had to pull over. I pull into a gas station on my next rest break. As I was leaving, I noticed the man in front of me didn't put the cap back on on his car. I went to honk at him so I could let him know but my horn barely makes a sound that I can barely hear. So now I have a car with worse cosmetic wear than I thought, No A/C or heat, no radio, no horn, one speed wipers, and a rattling noise in the transmission. Im only half way home. This is not the car they told me it was. I was to have a fully operational vehicle cause that is what he told me it was. When I got home I decided I should have another look at the vehicle. I go to open the back hatch but it wont open for some reason. Im tugging and pulling but I cant get it to open. I got it to open at the dealership easily though. I decided to give it one more big tug and finally got it open. Something catches my eye. The back seat wasn't latched in all the way. I went to fix it only to find out that the back seats are broken. I have no way to unlatch or latch the seats. How am I suppose to have passengers with a seat that doesn't work? I tried to call the dealership several times but they wont accept my calls. I have sent them emails telling them my experience. I told them that the car wasn't even worth a $1000 with all the stuff that is wrong with it. I asked them to make me a deal and give me back $1500 so I can afford to fix all the stuff wrong with it that they DID NOT disclose to me. I wouldn't of pay $2500 for a car that doesn't have anything that works. I have to buy a new transmission, a new radio, fix the A/C, get a new heater core, repair the back seat, and replace the latch on the back hatch. All this time I was thinking I would only have to do cosmetic repairs. I still cant get them to talk to me or respond to my emails. I feel cheated and lied to. These people will tell you anything to get your money. I will never ever buy a car from them and I most certainly will not recommend them to anyone else. More
