Born and raised in Detroit I know Ford’s reputation and I’ve never had anything bad to say about Ford, I just wasn’t into them. U til now. I can’t ever see myself owning another GM. After driving the F-150 FX4 supercrew V8, a Sierra feels like a wind up toy. In the dealership I was surprised how I was treated, like a person. Not a number, not a sale, not someone’s commission...a person. Even the general manager shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing. I have never had a more pleasurable experience at a dealership before. I’ve bought 13 vehicles thus far and I’m pretty set on shopping exclusively with Four Seasons Ford for future purchases. Thank you to everyone there and please keep up the good work. I will return More

A month has passed, and I have still not received my license plate. I called Four Seasons to ask about it, and was told that I need to send them my property tax receipt before they can move forward with the tag. Note that they waited until three days before the temporary tag expired to let me know this! I was out of state at the time that they called, and when I asked why they didn't let me know sooner, was simply told "I don't know" and no action was taken to resolve the matter. Nicole just told me I need to go to the tax office myself and take care of it. I'm confused about what my nearly 600 dollar payment was for at this point. I even requested an extension to my temporary tag, and was told that that is not legally possible, which is a bold-faced lie - the DMV site clearly states extensions are possible. I was warned about this dealership prior to purchasing, and I should have listened. Will definitely tell everyone I know to stay far away. More

I told her my husband was trying to get off work early and we would drive up today if he was able to leave early. So she then asked my name and wanted my phone number. I gave her my name but told her I would call her if I needed to contact them and that she did not need my number (I hate to be harassed by sales people). So my husband was able to leave early and we drove up to the dealership an hour away to look at the truck. We arrived and parked and got out to look at the truck and finally someone asked if we needed help and we said yes. A sales person names Charles Thomas or Thomas Charles (I can't remember which) came over and let us look at it and asked if we wanted to test drive it. We did the required paperwork and took it for a test drive but cut it short because the air conditioning was not blowing cold air. We brought the truck back and parked it and drove our car down the the sales building and the salesman came out and we told him we were interested in buying the truck if they would fix the problem with the air conditioning and he said they would take care of that so we went in to talk to him about buying the truck. We wanted to trade in my car (2013 Hyundai Sonata) and finance the difference. They drove my car and then came back and offered us $4000 for my car. I had looked up the trade in value and they were off by $1500 so my husband said we were not interested in that deal and we stood up to leave. The salesperson kept on talking and we asked for the keys to our car and he kept on talking so we asked again for the keys to our car. The sales person walked towards the manager's office and kept talking but was getting rather ugly in his comments about us not wanting to sit and work on an offer. We want your best offer and will not sit and dicker. all afternoon. We finally asked for the keys to our car one last time and told him if he did not give them to us we would call the police. He gave us the keys finally and as we were getting in our car the sales person followed us outside and yelled for us to "never come back there again". We never said one ugly word to him all we did was ask for the keys to our car. Funny thing is we probably would have called them and seen if they could have increased the offer for our car. We would have accepted $5000. Now we will be looking elsewhere. So, in closing, I will say that if you want a high pressure, rude salesperson I highly recommend you visit this dealership. More

Right out of the gate I get hit with question after question for the first ten minutes. Then when I stated that I wasn’t sure if I was buying that same day or not she immediately started acting like I was just a big waste of her time. From then on it was nothing but sarcastic or condescending remarks and rude short answers to even the simplest questions. I had to ask several times to test drive a truck she didn’t want me to since I wasn’t sure I was buying that day. I also had a friend recently buy a vehicle from here and they couldn’t even be bothered to fill the tank! This place is terrible. Their loss I ended up buying two explorers a day later. And when I called to speak to a manager about their awful employee (Brooke) he acted like I was bothering him and didn’t offer a solution or even apologize. Definitely will not be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away. More
Four Seasons Ford Hendersonville NC~Shoddy Work Ripoff I find out my car needs a $1500 repair because Ford Season's Ford Hendersonville NC did a shoddy tuneup and didn't gap the spark plugs which led to co I find out my car needs a $1500 repair because Ford Season's Ford Hendersonville NC did a shoddy tuneup and didn't gap the spark plugs which led to coil pack & PCM/ECM failure(pcm is $1000). Tuneup was 5000 miles ago. Car only has 100k. It shouldn't need a new PCM. Never had to replace one on any vehicle. I had a tuneup done on another car & the spark plug wires went bad after 5000 miles. Neither car was/is safe to drive. I'm guessing they replaced the parts with used ones but I paid for new parts. Another car had a lock actuator replaced on the driver window but when I got the car back the rear windows were messed up. They said they didn't know what was causing the problems. The rear windows worked fine until they put in the actuator. Offered to replace the window regulator for another $595 but didn't know if that was the issue. Yet another vehicle they charged $800 to replace the coil pack & do a tuneup. When the CEL came back on they said I needed a new engine for $5500. I took it somewhere else. It needed a valve job for $1444. They couldn't tell my warranty company what was wrong. The service advisor/tech lied and said it had 80psi on all cylinders. No cylinder leakdown test. It had normal compression on all cylinders except one which had 46 psi because it was cracked. They told me it was ok to take on a trip. I didn't know it was cracked. It took them an entire year on another vehicle to replace the engine. I've always had my cars serviced & bought my vehicles here. But no more. For me, this was the final straw. They threw on old parts from the shop floor on my car then expected I'd come back & give them more money in a few months when it broke down. Now I have no idea how many times I was taken advantage of by this dealer & scummy service advisors/techs who have no idea what they're doing. I've tried contacting them about the issues. They don't return calls or emails. For anyone who has had good service with no issues, great, but you never know when its going to be like mine or how many times you've been charged for faulty parts or told to replace parts that don't need it like an engine. Ordinarily, I wouldn't post a review but under the circumstances this was the last straw. I've given them more than one chance to be honest. I just didn't know how dishonest they are. I feel it is time people know who they're dealing with. If they choose to go back and get swindled then it's on them. They can't say they weren't warned. This used to be a good dealership before changing ownership. Now they're shyster's and people I know who want a brand new Ford have to go to Asheville or Greenville SC and that is a shame. Why would I take my car to Four Season's Ford Hendersonville NC to repair something they caused? All I can say is beware of Four Season's Ford in Hendersonville North Carolina. You never know when you will be one of the unlucky ones. More
2015 F150 disaster My new F150 was flooded with water and the service dept extracted & deodorized my truck. My husband who has Multiple Sclerosis has a low immune system My new F150 was flooded with water and the service dept extracted & deodorized my truck. My husband who has Multiple Sclerosis has a low immune system susceptible to mole & mildew and uses a cane. When I picked up my truck, the service clerk gave me my key and walked away, never took or told me where my truck is parked.. I lifted the drivers mat up & it was soaking wet & smelled like a cheap deodorizer that faded away after a few days. I spoke to Jennifer L from Customer service who told me to take it to another dealership which I did & sent a letter to Jennifer & Ford telling them how my truck was wet & smelled like mildew. The only thing they will do is change the carpet , as you know mildew does not go away! Supervisor James gave me the same speech & lack of compassion for a handicapped person. I owned a chevrolet truck prior and I will never buy a Ford again. As an activist for WNC I will be passing the word and highly recommend to stay away from Ford! More

I had phoned ahead and Jonathan Lexow, Service Advisor said he would stay beyond closing time and wait for me. I arrived, we the truck was offloaded, and the forms were completed. I inquired about rental cars. This was past closing times for all the local rental agencies. He found a loaner from the dealership. Soon I was on my way. The fuel pump was the issue and covered under warranty. The part was ordered the next day. The part was installed the following day and I was phoned by 9 AM of the repair. The hospitality and quick repair was greatly appreciated. . More
