Service Dept doesn't return calls. Doesn't discuss charges in advance. I was on the phone with them before the car had to be towed over and they didn't mention a charge. Called to find out diagnosis (more cost than car is worth) and nothing said about a charge. I've spoken with people twice about having car picked up. Nothing. Arranged a tow this morning and called them again. No charge. Tow driver arrives, waiting to pick up the car, and they call to tell me they can't release the car without payment. What Payment? Pay, or lose the tow and pay the driver for another trip. Feels like extortion and/or incompetence. More
