Happy with the service person I worked with. We purchased a car at a dealership who didn't specialize in repair of Ford Explorers but provided a warranty. We contacted Parks Ford and they immediately accepted the repair request. Due to hold ups with the warranty company, repair took a little extra time but the communication with Clay, the service manager there, was amazing! He consistently contacted me to update on the repair status. He showed genuine concern and I feel he went above and beyond to make our repair experience the best! If we purchase another vehicle, I feel sure Parks Ford of Hendersonville is where we will go to do so. All contact made with all staff was remarkable and appreciated! More
Lied to customer in service department. Was told I put DEF in fuel tank. I argued and told them no way. After insurance verified from drawing a sample of fluid. Charged me approximately $14,000 for repair. This tells me that this service department can not be trusted for their service department. Since I have traded the truck for a 2500 duramax chevy. More
