Not the best customer service. Carson did the very MINIMUM. He didn’t check to see if we had a warranty on our truck after we asked him to check. He told us that we didnt have the power train warranty MINIMUM. He didn’t check to see if we had a warranty on our truck after we asked him to check. He told us that we didnt have the power train warranty but we had even better (Platinum plus coverage).We ended up having to pay out of pocket despite having coverage. Afterwards, we had to file OUR own claim. Luckily, we are getting reimbursed. But this should of never happened in the first place. Then we asked him to submit a claim for something else on our truck to see if the repair will be covered under our warranty but he still has yet to do it. I called several times without successful results. I called and asked to speak with the service manager but he/she were too busy to return my call. Talking about TERRIBLE customer service!!!! More

Bear was my salesman who was top notch and worked with me to get the deal done .the whole team from the greeter when you walk in to the guys running the numbers to the papers being finalized . I contacted the dealership about a car I was interested in buying and after speaking with the sales rep I was given an out the door price that was $4,700 over what the list price was!! We made service reservation on a Wednesday for a Thursday appointment. Appointment was not in their system. Part was not ordered and had to wait till Monday. Car ready on late Tuesday and was on hike 30+ mi appointment. Appointment was not in their system. Part was not ordered and had to wait till Monday. Today I was getting ready to purchase a vehicle for $14,000. It turns out the final price was $3,000 more than asking. During the test drive the salesman and myself felt something like the transmissi $14,000. It turns out the final price was $3,000 more than asking. During the test drive the salesman and myself felt something like the transmission was slipping. The Service Manager determined there was a broke motor mount. They wanted to add $1,200 to the price of the car as well as another $899 so I could submit a claim in the event the stains could not come out once they detailed the car. I forgot to tell you the car was absolutely nasty, obviously they had not taken the time to ensure the car was ready to be displayed on the lot. The Sales Manager had the gull to tell me it was perfectly ok to add these additional charges to the car. I would not go to this dealership unless you're ready to pony up and pay for things you identified were wrong with the vehicle. Buyer Be Aware! More
