Bare minimum work to qualify as diagnostics, read codes and checked oil level. No requested diagnosis performed to rule out possible causes of trouble code and failed to even attempt to locate source of oi and checked oil level. Bought a used 2021 4Runner there in February and a service plan. Took it in for an oil change last week. Even though I had an appointment, it took 3 hours plus to return the car to me. First, they sai service plan. Took it in for an oil change last week. Even though I had an appointment, it took 3 hours plus to return the car to me. First, they said they got the wrong filter. After having my appointment confirmed 3 times, by phone call, email, and text, where the vehicle was specifically mentioned, they waited until I arrived to order the filter? Then, as I was talking with the service tech I asked that the info center message be reset. It wasn't. I asked to have it done. They sent out a dirty little kid to do it. He scrambled around in my car complaining how this was complicated and hard to do. When he finished, it still gave me the message, but the tech said it would take a bit to reset. It's still not reset. There is a bolt underneath in the rock guard missing, and another one that is cross threaded. Sloppy, incomplete, unsatisfactory service. And the Service Manager called me 2 business later, because during my long wait I complained and asked to speak to him. I was in a meeting and missed the call. I called back, left a message to please try again. Haven't heard back from him. I am totally disappointed and regretting that I spent my money in this dealership. More
