On Wednesday afternoon I called Parks looking for information on a truck they had listed on their web page. I spoke with a lady, gave her all of my contact information and the stock # of the vehicle information on a truck they had listed on their web page. Although she said she was in internet sales she needed to have a salesman contact me. 24 hours later, no callback so I call a second time, same situation with the information, that call was placed at 1:09 pm and as of 9:30 pm still no callback. How do you people sale cars? This has to be the worst customer service I’ve experienced, well worst no service I guess would make it more accurate. More
