My wife took in a 2 year old vehicle we purchased from Royal for inspection. The service tech tried to sell her on numerous unneeded services. She had the trans. fluid flushed and replace 1 month ago, and Royal for inspection. The service tech tried to sell her on numerous unneeded services. She had the trans. fluid flushed and replace 1 month ago, and the tech said the fluid was dirty and needed replacing, COME ON, she wasn't born yesterday. After numerous other attempts at getting her to spend unnecessary money he said she need new wiper's. she told him no thanks, my husband can replace them (7 bucks from Pep boys). Guess what: he put them on anyway! and charged her for them. I can see a few bucks for the blades and a little labor, 15 bucks or so, But NO $$ 45.00 later she had new blades. A total rip off! So, I called up to let them know I would be returning the blades. The service writer, AND THE OWNER (Dell) proceeded to call my wife a liar, and told me that I have not bought a new car from them in over 2 years, so why should they do anything.WHAT? are you kidding me! SO, the next $40 grand car will be purchased elsewhere! More
