I contacted Royal when I saw a car on their website that I was interested in. Let me say here that I have been researching cars and talking to dealerships for about six months. Steve contacted me immediately in response to my email and we set up an appointment for the same day. This was a first from a car dealership as many did not have the car on their lot or their finance person wasn't there or they weren't going to be there... excuses. I went in and test drove the car I saw and was disappointed. I had read the description wrong and it did not have rear AC. I had a very specific need for the car (five kids) and a very tight budget. Steve pointed out another vehicle, one I actually wanted but did not think I could afford. He told me about the car and we test drove it. I really liked it and it seemed to have everything I wanted but my husband was at work. He put some gas in it and told me to take it home overnight. He asked I just call him in the morning if I was still interested. I called him first thing and said we wanted it. He said to stay home and he'd work on it. He would call here and there to ask a question and get more information. At the day's end he said he had a deal they were just working out the details. The next morning he called me in to sign the paperwork. He and George got me the payment I needed and I was out of there in an hour. That is a first at a car dealership. Most places love to keep you there forever and wear you down. Not at Royal, I sat at home and they did all the figuring. They knew what I wanted and didn't call me back in until I had it. I paid less than Blue Book for the car I wanted and there was no hassle at all. George explained everything on the contract to me in English I could understand. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends and will continue to do so. I am so glad that I contacted them - everyone there was friendly and wonderful! More
We could not be happier with Royal Chevrolet and especially with our salesman, Mike Dingess. He went over and above what would normally be expected of a salesman. The first day we brought our new Aveo home my husband accidentally left the parking lights on all night. (Not being aware of where everything was, he must have turned them on without knowing it.) The next day we could not start the car and not knowing what the problem was we called Mike. He drove the 35 miles from Royal to our home to bring us a car to use while the problem was being solved. Fortunately, prior to his arrival my husband noticed the parking lights on while getting something out of the back of the car. So when Mike arrived we told him what the problem was and had already charged up the battery. Mike stayed and chatted with us for a while and then started the car to make sure the battery was in fact the problem. He then headed back to Royal telling us to be sure and call him if we had any more problems. We couldn't be happier. Jim and Colleen Leahey More

I bought an Acura MDX and I am not sure if I love my new car or my dealership more! They were SOO helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make me happy! The sales man was able to answer just about eve car or my dealership more! They were SOO helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make me happy! The sales man was able to answer just about every question or concern we had and if he could not answer it..he got the answer! I bought my vehicle used and it is in FABULOUS condition, one very minor thing needed to be done so we scheduled it a few days later and they even provided me with another vehicle to drive while my was being worked on for the day. Tuck was friendly and great entertainment while we were waiting. George was very helpful and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING and I ask tons of questions so it was nice to be able to ask everything and not feel as if I was being rushed or pressed! I would totally suggest making your next purchase from Royal !!!!!! More

My only problem is that there were nothing to say thank you except a handshake. that's good but when I have purchased my other 6 Chevrolet's, I have either recived a gas card, free inspections, jacket, so you except a handshake. that's good but when I have purchased my other 6 Chevrolet's, I have either recived a gas card, free inspections, jacket, something. This time, nothing. Not real happy with that part. I just $24,000 and just receive a handshake. One dealership that I didn't purchase from but talked to sent me a coupon for dollars off a oil change. I didn't purchase from that dealership but they sent me something. I thought loyalty to chevrolet meant something. Not anymore. More
