Overall price for the used vehicle was decent given the comparibles in the area, however, the car was considered high mileage for being just a year old and there was considerable interior damage. I tried to negotiate a slightly lower price due to this, sales associate only said no and that was it. Nothing else, no attempts to work with me at all. After a week or so, it was determined that the dealership could repair the stuff I requested, it was agreed that if repairs were made, I would still purchase the car for the original agreed upon price. The majority of the interior repairs were good. I had to bring the car back up a few days after purchase for one more repair, where I was given a loaner. The loaner I was given smelled so bad of cigarettes it gave me a terrible headache and made both me and my daughter STINK like an ashtray. ALSO, as I left the dealership with the loaner and pulled onto the interstate, and alarm sounded...the gas alarm. There was literally NO gas in the car. I actually had to pull off the interstate to put gas into their car so that I could make it home. Not very professional if you ask me. They were aware of this, and were also aware that I had to put my money into their car...no attempts to pay me back or anything were made. I was not very satisfied with that, nor was my husband. The day after I bought the car, I noticed a terrible noise...Royal sent me to the brand dealer since the car was under manufacturers warranty. It was there that it was discovered that a part had to be replaced (this was 5 days after my purchase) that was part of a recall. I guess they do not check for recalls or issues on vehicles before they sell them. I am relieved that the issue was something I did not have to pay for. Overall, my experience wasn't terrible, just somewhat dissapointing in some aspects. The car is still a decent price and most of the employees were nice to deal with. More

I had seen the car I wanted online. I spoke with George on the phone and was impressed with his level of customer service. George and Andre were a pleasure to deal with. They are the kind of people you would drop in just to say hi to. I was looking for a used car within my budget and I found it at Royal. Andre greeted me with a smile and it never left his face. All of the folks at Royal made the buying experience easy, stress free and pleasant. Each person that we dealt with was very professional and understood their product extremely well. They addressed all of our questions immediately and thoroughly. They offered a very fair price for our trade in and neogtiated fairly on the price of the new vehicle. The salesperson, Doug Forthuber, was very helpful and made sure that we were satisfied and understood everything about the new vehicle. He has followed up several times since the purchase. We also had the opportunity to work with one of the owners, Drew Mugford, who also made sure that we were well satisfied with the process and the pricing of both the used and new vehicle. Both of these gentlemen went the extra mile and we appreciated it. Overall, an outstanding experience and I would recommend Royal to anyone interested in a Chevy product. More
I dropped off my Chevy Impala due to water on floor board of right floor front and back.Told them it was not from rain and did not happen when the A.C. was on.However it did happen when I had the heat on def of right floor front and back.Told them it was not from rain and did not happen when the A.C. was on.However it did happen when I had the heat on defrost.Got called the next day late afternoon by Vince to be asked if I had my windshield replaced lately,which I replied no.Was told that I might need a new windshield.(Never did I have water leaking through the windshield) but the windshield was not a GM product.I have owned the car for 4 1/2 years and have never had a problem.If it was replaced it had been the previous owner. Meanwhile the technician was still looking over the car. Recieved a call the next day Nov.9th by Vince to tell me there was a crack in the seal cowl and this part is no longer manufactured so his technician will try to adhese this back and we will wait for this to dry and I could pick my car up that eve.Picked up my car drove 10 minutes down the road stopped for some dinner before I needed to be at church.When the overhead lights came on I noticed the carpet had been damaged on the console and various places.My neighbor and I used a wet-vac the night before and there was nothing wrong with the carpet.Long story short everyone from the service writer to the service manager to the owner denies the damage occurred at Royal Chevrolet.(not to mention the original problem was never fixed correctly so I took the advise of the owner and brought it to another Chevrolet dealership and had it fixed correclty)Never would I recommend this dealership because of their dishonesty. More
