Having purchase more than 20 vehicles in the past years for ourselves and our kids, we have had many interactions with sales consultants at various dealerships. This experience was undoubtedly the best one we have ever had. Royal came highly recommended to us, and we now understand why. We will surely let others know what a great experience we had. We love our 2012 Chevrolet Malibu!!! More
I finalized the deal for a used 2005 Santa Fe on Friday, June 29 and would recommend Royal for the following reasons: 1)Personable staff who make you feel incredibly comfortable--of particular note, Mr. June 29 and would recommend Royal for the following reasons: 1)Personable staff who make you feel incredibly comfortable--of particular note, Mr. Bobby Moody and Mr. George Byrnes. 2)Willingness to go the extra mile. The price of the car was more than what my finance company wanted to approve, so the dealership lowered the internet price to get the deal done! Also, I had to take the car back the day after I purchased it because it was brought to my attention that the right rear brake light was out. It was a Saturday, so the mechanics weren't there, but Mr. Byrnes drove to an auto parts, purchased the light/fuse and changed it himself! 3)Concerns are heard and issues are addressed. I called Mr. Moody each time the ABS and TCS lights came on and he was confident that it was a minor issue, but stated that if they lit up a third time, the dealership would get the car in and have it inspected. When they did indeed come on for a third time, I was given a loaner while my car was inspected at their shop. They kept the car for two days and found that the brake lines were gummed up. My Santa Fe is 7 years old, so there may be further issues down the road. But I do believe the folks at Royal will do their utmost to address them in a timely fashion. This is a dealership that really does seem to want to keep its customers happy. A. Lucas More

I have done business with this dealership in the past on a couple of occasions and I couldn't ask for better people to go back to. I tried seeking other dealerships and I felt I was being lied to and pushed a couple of occasions and I couldn't ask for better people to go back to. I tried seeking other dealerships and I felt I was being lied to and pushed around and all I asked for was honesty and to handle me with care... I get that with Royal. I know when I come in or call they remember me and are always willing to be of any assistance. I wouldn't dare try to go to anyone else again, knowing that Royal is there for me in any possible way they can help. I came in to trade in my vehicle, which I purchased from them a few years prior and the vehicle held up pretty well and I came back for another better vehicle. Something better suited for a growing upward family. They made it happen for me and I am happy, happy. I will be bringing my son in around income tax time 2013 to look into a vehicle for him. Steve is great - this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from him. I had a lot of questions with the last purchase and Steve was very patient and even researched some of the answers. Mike did an excellent job in listening to our needs for a new automobile. He bent over backwards to help us feel comfortable with the model we chose and with the features on the model. Mike gave us a tour of Royal's service facility - I've bought several cars in my life and this is the firt time a dealership has given me a tour of their service facility and a contact person in charge of service activities. Car was very well detailed on the day we picked it up. Overall a 10 out of a 10 for Mike and the Royal folks. I will recommend Royal to others. Well done! More
